LendingFree is a Mortgage Intelligence Platform — software infrastructure for the entire mortgage deal: from the client’s real budget and comparable bank offers to the documents and completion. We work FOR credit intermediaries and brokers — under their brand.

What we do

A platform for the mortgage process

Client, broker, credit consultant, credit intermediary and bank in one traceable process — with role-based access and protected personal data.

Tools for brokers

The Broker module with a personal GDPR link and real-time commissions, and AI Legal Due Diligence for checking the property.

Open market data

Banks in Bulgaria from BNB data, interest-rate formation by bank, insurance by bank, a glossary and mortgage market analyses — updated every quarter.

Bulgaria and Romania

We work for the Bulgarian market and have a separate version for Romania — with Romanian banks, IRCC and local rules.

The team

Ivo Dimitrov

Chief Executive Officer, co-founder and managing director

More than 25 years in banking and mortgage lending. Started as a financial analyst at Bulbank (1997–2002), taking part in the due diligence and valuation of the bank for its privatisation.

Managed UniCredit Bulbank branches in Pernik and Sofia (2002–2007), then headed Marketing and Business Development at Central Cooperative Bank. CEO of FinCity since 2009 — a BNB-registered credit intermediary with a national network of credit consultants working with more than 10 banks.

Author of the LinkedIn newsletter “Актуално за банки и кредити” (news on banks and loans). At LendingFree, responsible for strategy, partnerships and banking and intermediary expertise.

Kiril Dolashkov

Co-founder and managing director, technology

Software engineer with more than 18 years of experience building web platforms and business software.

Has built ERP and accounting systems (dWare), remote management software for fuel stations (Tokheim) and a platform that lets people create their own websites (SimpleSite). As Front End Technical Lead at Urbanise, built the company’s strata management platform from the ground up; Principal Software Engineer at OPEX Contracts since 2022.

At LendingFree, responsible for technology: the architecture and development of the platform.

Stefan Enchev

Co-founder and partner — insurance and real estate

More than 18 years in insurance intermediation and real estate. With the insurance broker Broker Ins since 2008 — today its representative and owner. Partner in FinCity and managing director of real estate companies.

At LendingFree, contributes expertise in mortgage-related insurance and partnerships with real estate agencies.

LendingFree is a software company: it does not grant loans and is not an insurance agent or broker. The data on this site comes from official sources — the Bulgarian National Bank, the National Bank of Romania and the banks’ websites — with dates and links. We do not publish interest rates, margins or insurance prices, because they depend on the client’s profile and change often. Related parties: Ivo Dimitrov is CEO and Stefan Enchev the main shareholder of FinCity, one of LendingFree’s partners. Stefan Enchev also owns the insurance broker Broker Ins.
